First 60 Days Defect Warranty:
If your rod breaks in the first 60 days of ownership due to a defect FishNFX will replace the rod free of charge. To invoke your First 60 Days Defect Warranty, ship the whole entire rod and all pieces of it in a prepaid disposable tube and insured to FishNFX at the address below. Include a check for return shipping in the amount of $40. If it is determined that the rod failed due to a defect, FishNFX will ship you a replacement rod. The 60 days starts the day you purchase the rod and the rod must get to our facility within 60 days of the purchase date (no exceptions). If the rod is deemed to have been broken due to an accident, misuse, or neglect by the user the rod will still be eligible for the Limited Lifetime Warranty Replacement Policy seen below.
** No warranty will be processed without a receipt or an authentic dated proof of purchase from an authorized FishNFX Dealer as well as a completed FishNFX Warranty Form. The warranty form is attached to this page. Model swaps are not permitted. You will receive the same model that was sent in to be warrantied. **
Limited Lifetime Warranty/replacement policy
If your rod breaks due to an accident, misuse, or neglect by the user simply cut the 6" section of the rod showing which model it is (shown below) and place it along with the check for the warranty fee and return shipping in a padded envelope. Ship it to the address below using a service that is track able. FishNFX has a “no questions asked” policy. FishNFX is not concerned how the rod broke. Even if you accidentally break it yourself FishNFX will still cover the Limited Lifetime Warranty if the warranty fee and return shipping are paid. Limit to 4 per year per person.

This warranty is limited to replacement of the rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damages resulting from the use of this product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, modification, or customization of the finished rod. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement.

Return Shipping amount: $40 for shipping within the US, $50 for shipping in Canada.
**FishNFX does not offer any warranty on guides, tip guides, reel seats or handles.**
Replacement guides and tips can be purchased from FishNFX. FishNFX does not pay shipping for any warranty claim or repairs.
If you would like FishNFX to repair damaged guides or tip simply ship us the rod along with a $40 check or money order, payable to FishNFX, for return shipping in the US. For shipping in Canada, send a $50 check or money order payable to FishNFX. Fill out the attached warranty form explaining the issue. FishNFX charges $20 per guide and per tip that needs to be replaced.
Returns and Exchanges
All products purchased directly from FishNFX (except custom built rods) come with a 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of receipt of an order, you may return products purchased directly from FishNFX for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges. All returned items must be in like-new condition, securely packed for shipment in the original container.
Exchanges can be made (except on custom built rods) within 30 days of receiving your rod purchased directly from FishNFX, but the rod must be unused and in like new condition. Prior to shipping the rod for exchange, please email FishNFX and inform FishNFX of the exchange and desired FishNFX rod. Please package your original FishNFX rod in the original packaging that was used for shipping and include a $40 check or money order within the US or $50 check or money order outside the US, payable to FishNFX, to cover return shipping and handling on the exchanged rod. If there is a difference in price, include the difference in the price between the original rod and the exchanged rod. Please note that if the exchange rod is not readily available, there will be a delay in shipping the new FishNFX rod.
International Shipping: Consumers are responsible for paying all applicable import taxes, handling fees and duties on all orders.
